Classic Bloody Caesar

  • Your choice of Aquavit (750ml bottle)
  • 1 liter of freshly pressed tomato juice
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 6 oz celery juice
  • 6 oz cucumber juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill
  • 6 oz lemon juice
  • 8 oz clam stock
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 2 oz Worcestershire sauce
  • Meat straw, celery stick, steamed clam, shrimp to garnish

How to Make it

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large pitcher
  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours
  3. Salt rim of glass with additional celery salt, and salt, add ice and pour over ice
  4. Garnish with meat straw, celery stick, steamed clam and shrimp
