Yellow Bell Pepper Mary

  • Your choice of vodka (750ml bottle)
  • 1 liter of freshly pressed yellow tomato juice
  • 6 oz yellow bell pepper juice
  • 6 oz pineapple juice
  • 6 oz yellow beet juice
  • 4 oz mango nectar
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 oz white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1/2 oz mango-habanero hot souce
  • Smokin’ chipotle meat straw
  • Pineapple wedge
  • Roasted yellow pepper
  • Black lava salt

How to Make it

  1. Mix together vodka, yellow tomato juice, bell pepper juice, pineapple juice, yellow beet juice, mango nectar, white pepper, white balsamic vinegar, horseradish, mango-habanero sauce in a large pitcher
  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours
  3. Salt rim of glass with black lava salt, pour bloody mary mixture over ice
  4. Garnish with chipotle meat straw, pineapple wedge, and roasted yellow pepper
